Dijon mustard

This one is very zesty. It's not traditional spicy, and it definitely won't clear your sinuses.
Oooh. I may have to try that one!
I like zest, not tears.
GULDEN'S MUSTARD IS HEAVEN
I WILL TAKE THIS AS A SIGN THAT I SHALL TRY IT.0 -
You may want to try cooking with it rather than tossing it out. The heat should calm the flavor.0

if you're like that about dijon mustard, then don't try English mustard. And definitely don't try it made from English mustard powder the way my dad makes it, it's about 10x stronger than the one you get in a jar. and Dijon is extremely mild compared to English mustard in a jar.
I have childhood memories of putting less than a cubic millimetre of my dad's home made mustard on the edge of a piece of steak and it still giving more than enough mustard kick.
^^^ not as hot as how my dad makes it...0 -

I never considered it, because that jar is so expensive, haha.
I like my French's...especially when I have coupons for it.0 -
This is my favorite of all time.

I just prepared a chicken marinade that called for Dijon Mustard. I did not use it, not because I don't love the stuff but because the expiration date passed last month. I wouldn't mind; I tasted it and it was fine, but I have an expiration date nazi in the house. I had to use regular yellow, boring mustard instead.0

You don't have to get hot Dijon mustard. They make milder one. It's my favorite type.0

My absolute favorite mustard is Sweet Hot Mustard from Hickory Farms. It's hard to find except around Christmas. I bought one 10 oz. bottle and it lasted about 2 weeks. Had to order more! 1 tsp = 10 calories but it's so yummy! I also like Smokey Onion Mustard by Archer Farms (Target brand), it's 5 calories for 1 tsp. It's nice to have lots of choices!0

I love true Maille Dijon Mustard. I not only love the mustard, I love the city! Oo-la-la!0

Ahh, we used to have it at the old grocery store I worked at!
Expensive...but I think I have an excuse to go home and try it. Always wanted to!0
