Need Opinion on Diet/Workout

Hello everyone,
My name is Jazmin and I'm 22 years old. I weight about 142 pounds (not toned at all, excess fat). I want to live a healthier life style and go down to 125 (115 if possible). I'm currently in Germany and I have SOO much free time, so I feel it gives me an advantage in that I don't have so many distractions around me.
I've been doing "30 day shred" in the morning , around 9am or so and after I eat breakfast (oats in almond milk with agave sugar?) I do other things to keep me occupied. About 1 or 2 hours later, I do the "Brazilian Butt Lift" workout followed by "6 week 6 pack" from Jiliian Michael. In total that's about 1 hour 30 mins worth of workout for the whole day, granted I walk around during the day here and there. But is there anything else I should be doing?
For lunch yesterday I ate chicken breast with 1 tsp of olive oil mixed with a lot of green veggies (green/red/yellow peppers, spinach, mushrooms, mixed salad) and less than a handful of pineapple. Dinner was left over mixed salad from lunch with less than a handful of mini shrimp skinless.
I go back to the USA on June 17th and I'd really like to be able to surprise my family. I've been gaining weight over the years and didn't do much about it. I know I'm close to being overweight for someone my height (5'3).

Hi Jazmin,
There is a workout named freeletics and it is also made in Germany Also Freeletics program has a nutrion guide and I think easier to apply in Germany. If you like tought exercises, it is for you. And you can find friend easily who work with you in Germany.
