I've been caffeine and soda free for about 4-5 days and haven't been able to sleep well for about the same amount of time (usually I have no trouble at all). I thought cutting that stuff out would help me sleep BETTER. Granted, I've gone from a solid 10+ caffeinated/carbonated/sugary drinks a day to 0, but haven't felt any withdrawal symptoms or anything like that. In fact during the day I'm not even tired, which surprises me. But I can't sleep! Any advice or tips?

It's probably just your body adapting in it's own way. I snack on some walnuts a couple of hours before (and some other nuts are effective too) because they aid relaxation apparently. Usually works for me if I've been a little wired because of work. Warm milk can work wonders, or a nice bath?
Hope some of these help love0 -
How about reading a book? That puts me to sleep any time of day
I'm sure your body will adjust but either way, do not go back to eating that crap! (or drinking)0
