Newbie

Hey I am new and looking for freinds for encourgement, support, advice and lots of giggles. I would like to lose about a stone and a half but have set my ticker to a stone initially. My main problem is my body fat - 35%. I guess this is what happens when You have a desk job and havent been the gym for a while. Have now started back the gym and am trying to eat better. My main problems are that I love chocolate, fizzy drinks and pizza! Really determined this time to sort myself out and feeling better in myself already for doing so :-).
