Hi everyone.
So i've been eating healthy for almost four weeks now and already lost some weight.
But i have a question about exercise.
I do blogilates 6 days a week (you can look it up on youtube if you don't know, it's like pilates exercises.), about 20 mins everyday.
And then i bike to work monday to friday, it's only a 10 minute ride. When i bike to work i take it easy because i don't want to get all sweaty, but on my way home i ride my bike faster and it's uphill. But it's only ten minutes.
My job is 6 hours a day and very active, i clean offices and i have to walk around a lot from one place to another.
Should i do some more exercise? Like exercise to exercise, like running or something?
Any suggestions?
Or am i already active enough?
Thanks !

In my opinion, because you already have an active job, ride your bike for 20mins and do 20mins workout as well, i don't believe you HAVE to add more exercise, you're already doing plenty. Do add more if you feel like you are up for it. I'm sure some people will come along soon advicing you to add strength training and seeing as i know nothing about it, i'll leave it to the experts.0

Very subjective question and the answer is........it depends on your goals.
If you wanted to enter the Tour de France or run a marathon.......no; if you're goal is to enjoy a reasonable level of physical fitness (manage blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol etc etc) probably.
If you wanted to add to your routine do so. If running is something you'd enjoy the by all means add some running to your regimen(running races are a lot of fun) if you want to work on body composition add strength training, if you have access to a pool consider swimming.......it's all about your goals and having fun!0
