Hi all, I'm new to the site and excited to meet my personal goal and hopefully inspire my husband to pay attention to his weight and health (tips on that would be appreciated!). I'm about to start training for a half marathon at the end of January and a Half Ironman triathlon in April! Always looking for new healthy recipes too

BBC Good Food is a good website, you can choose meals by calorie range, difficulty, cuisine etc :-)
