Hi all, sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section here but I wanted a quick answer to something that I can't seem to find on the website.
Using the MFP app on my phone, I can view my overall Nutrition as an option on the sidebar of the app. I tend to check it over at the end of each day to see where I am lacking in nutrients, etc. so I can plan accordingly for the next day. I'd like to be able to do the same thing on the website (desktop version) but I can't seem to figure it out! Pardon my ignorance but if someone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
