P90X - Week 2

I didn't quite follow the rules on week one. I started on a Wednesday and played catch-up, but I'm doing the Lean cycle here on out. I'm not a fan of the cardio or yoga workouts, so I opt for the elliptical trainer at the gym on those days.

My favorite workout so far:
Shoulders/Arms. Ab Ripper X is another story...

Goal this week:
Do as many reps until it hurts... then do 2 more.
