    you cannot spot reduce ,
Ive been having this conversation wiht my DSD who is also losing, hers are at the stage where they are flapping too, but its because she has lost so much of the FAT that was filling them out before.

    Tricep and bicep work
obviously will help tone the underlying muscle and help them look better, but ... its going to take a while to lose them..

Gal i was out walking with said she stopped hating them when she realized they were her remnants of her angels wings from before she was born - it was cute...

Thats a good way to look at it. :)
I know a person can't spot reduce...but I guess I can continue to do the
Tricep and bicep work and just find other wasy to build muscles :)

    Thanks :)

I do 200 push ups a day. I do them in sets of 25. and I have shoulder issues (no cartilage, you can feel my shoulder grind when I rotate it) so I started doing them off the counter... then the chair... and now the floor I lost 11 inches off my shoulders in 30 days doing this everyday.

it's slimed down my shoulders big time from 47 1/2 inches down to 36 inches and my bicep from 12 1/2 down to 10 1/2 inches theres still some fat there but when I flex you cant see the fat. and the best part is my shoulders are building strength I no longer wake up in severe pain from just laying on my arm wrong. it's helped me allot

barely do a push up. and i want to be able to do pull ups :)

that's how I do it ... commercial breaks.... & every time I get up to do something *get a drink, look out the window, restroom* randomly and all through out the day. I think it makes me less sore the next day because I space them out and my muscles don't get tired doing them all at once.

I still have the bat wings too - but as for the push ups - I do them througout the day as well.

And at different heights depending on where I am - Against the kitchen or bathroom counter while at work - off the side of the tub, sometimes the floor - but then I usually drop my knees after a few since I have trouble with regular ones on the floor. Somehow throughout the day I probably get 50-100 in just doing them in sets of 10 or 20 (I used to do 10's - now trying 20 at a shot so that should up the daily count).

I also do tricep dips. I once asked the question on here too and was told to lose the 'wings' you need to build the tricep! Find exercises for that muscle group. I also only work out at home (can't afford a gym). You can find things around the house to use for resistance or weight, just get creative.
