Hello everyone.
I just found this site about a week ago and I am so thankful I did.
I am hoping to lose around 40 pounds and I love that I can log food and exercise rather than writing it in a journal.
I started my weight loss process 5 weeks ago. I have not lost any pounds yet which is a bit disheartening but this morning I measured myself and lost an inch! It was in my bust but I dont care, I will take it.
I am on a doctor monitored 1100 - 1300 calorie a day plan.
I was on Weight Watchers about 7 years ago and lost 60 lbs in 7 months. It took a month before I even lost a pound back then, but it did eventually came off well. I felt great. I changed jobs a few years ago to one that is sitting at a desk for 14 hour shifts 5-6 days a week. I stopped exercising regularly and had been living on not the greatest eating habits.
Now that I am back in the game so to speak and I am excited but a little disappointed that I havent lost even a pound yet. I know it usually takes me quite a while before I start to drop, I just didnt expect it to take this long.
I am doing the Leslie Sansone Walk a Way the Pounds. I do the 1 mile in the morning, the 2 mile in the afternoon. I also do waterfit 3 times a week. I would like to lift weights but do to an accident I am not able to grip in order to lift. Actually I cant hold anything even slightly heavy.

Good luck! It's hard in the beginning, but you will get there. I found logging in food here extremely helpful. I sometimes log in the food a head of time and see how much calories they are, it helps me make good choices for what I eat. Again, good luck! and add me if you like :-)
