Focus T25

I am going to start this exercise program. I was wondering how everyone logged the program in MFP. I was thinking about using a HRM, but trying to see what would be the best way to account for the burn,

    Hi there,
    I'm on my week 4 of T25 alpha.


    I use HRM to track my calories burned, then i created "my exercise" for each T25 workout, when i'm done, i just update the calorie burn and post.
