Hi,

My names Michelle, i joined last November but went back to an old site. My weight has been really up & down the last few months but i really need to get it down. I have high cholesterol & an underactive thyroid so good health is my aim! I also have 4 gorgeous boys who deserve a healthy & happy mum.
