Hi Folks,
I have been working out rather consistently for almost a year now and am down 31 lbs!

I was away for a while and never took advantage of the social aspects of myfitness pal. I have reached a plateau and would love to support and learn from other lifestyle changers.

I work out 3-5 times a week at Lifetime gym.


If I sound cool (which I'm sure I don't, Ha!) please friend me.
