I'm not exactly new to mfp but this is the first time I have really been on the site. I need support. I'm a full time college student and I work and I'm a leader in my church and I'm working to get my ministers liscence. With all of that going on I have been finding it so hard to eat right and exercise because I'm exhausted by the time I get home. Will someone please help keep me motivated?

I will! I'm 25 and have a full-time desk job, plus a lot of family issues that take up all of my remaining time and emotions. I am always exhausted, too, and know how hard it can be to make good choices for myself when I am struggling to just get through the day.
Let's be friends! I'm a very upbeat and encouraging naturally and would love to help any way I can!0 -
I find this interesting , because I am also a full time college student, a mom of 3, and i have been attending church and trying to learn more about God. I would like to maybe become support buddies or something to help keep us both motivated!!! Because I know I need support to. Its hard not to go home and veg out!!0

Hey there, Kady! I'm in Louisiana also! For years I juggled college, work, and being a single parent. Thankfully I've graduated and remarried but I completely understand your struggle with lack of time and being exhausted. Feel free to add me and I'll do my best to help keep you motivated, girl!0

I know all too well how exhausting life can be when you're a full-time college student, and working. Thankfully, when I did it I had a husband who cooks and helped to take care of me, because I didn't have time. I would suggest that when you have some free time on the weekends, prepare meals ahead of time and freeze them, so that when you get home after a long day, you can just pop a low-cal meal into the microwave. Do some whole wheat pasta dishes, some brown rice casserole dishes, maybe a grilled chicken breast or two... anything that makes it easier on those hectic days. Best of luck to you, my dear!
