I LOVE LOVE LOVE Healthy Choice Vanilla Bean Frozen Greek yogurt... but my local grocery stores don't carry it. It's only 100 calories and low fat so it's a PERFECT alternative to ice cream for me. But I can't get it where I live... GRRR!!!!!
Does anyone have a recipe for making a comparable substitute? I've looked all over the web, but when you put them in MFP Recipes, they come out at WAAAAAY more calories, fat, etc, per serving. I'm thinking of just dumping a bunch of my favorite vanilla flavored greek yogurt (which is also low calorie and low fat) in my ice cream freezer and seeing what it turns out like...
If anyone has a recipe, I would LOVE to see it! Thanks!!!
Oh and so far I've lost 40.6 pounds since January 8th, 2014 by using MFP and following a low calorie, low fat diet. Woo Hoo!!! Being healthy ROCKS!!!

That should work....it's just about getting air into while it's freezing......so it's soft..

You should email Healthy Choice and see if they can start stocking it here0

Okay so the ealthy Choice website SAYS some local stores carry it, but I never can find it, and when I have been able to in the past, it was unbelievably expensive like $5 for three little cups.
Being the extreme cheapskate that I am, I am thinking I can probly make it cheaper than that. Gonna lug out my ice cream freezer and my little yogurt tubs that are getting close to the use by date, and do some experimenting....0 -
Yeah it's expensive. If it helps any, some places here have it with the other Healthy Choice meals instead of the ice cream novelties, for some weird unknown reason.
Oh and I tried the Weight Watcher ones... they taste totally bland in comparison. So don't waste your money on those... I'm not even sure I'll waste the calories on the ones I have left.0 -
Do you have a Pinterest account? I just searched on there, tons of stuff popping up. Haven't tried any, but you might find what you're looking for. :-)0
