Hey there. I'm new to myfitnesspal.com. signed up last week and started my diet Monday. So for so good, only on day two. Having to account for what I eat and the fact that you guys might read it (even if I don't know you) seems to be a good thing for me. :flowerforyou:

    Good luck on your journey. It has helped me to stay motivated tremendously! I still have those days where I don't care, but for the most part I am pretty in tune with knowing what I need to do.
