Working From Home - how to keeping moving- I need tips!!!

I just started working from home. I sit at a desk and get up when the dogs demand a session of Frisbee. Does any one have any tips on how I can continue to work - typing, emailing and calling, while still moving?

I tried to set up a screen where I can stand and squat while still typing but its not that easy. I am still working on getting the screen sorted out.

Any routines that are quick and release the sitting pressure.

Office set up?

Exercises between or during?
