Working From Home - how to keeping moving- I need tips!!!

Hi,
I just started working from home. I sit at a desk and get up when the dogs demand a session of Frisbee. Does any one have any tips on how I can continue to work - typing, emailing and calling, while still moving?
I tried to set up a screen where I can stand and squat while still typing but its not that easy. I am still working on getting the screen sorted out.
Any routines that are quick and release the sitting pressure.
Office set up?

I don't know of anything you can do whilst working but certainly you can do stuff in your breaks. For example doing tricep dips or press ups every time you visit the loo, or doing a quick youtube workout (30day shred) in your lunch break.
It works ok doing this stuff when working from home as there is no one to see you!0 -
