Weekly Goals (part 2)

So, I had a post about my goals for the week that I stopped doing, as I was really struggling. I think I'm back on track after last 3 weeks.

Goal for this week:

Monday is beer night...I won't skip it BUT I want to control my drinking AND my food. Last time I had enough calories budgeted for 4 beers + dinner. Well...7 beers...plus dinner PLUS snacky food meant I destroyed that day.

My only goal is for monday....4 beers + dinner.

it would be easier, MUCH easier to just skip beer Monday, BUT this is something I need to be able to control to get my weight under control.
