Two NSV in one day!

Okay so I'm not trying to lose much weight, just 10lbs so it's a slow process. I am, however, trying to become more toned and stronger at the gym, but have always felt too intimidated to start using the 'big boys' equipment. Anyway today I finally told myself to stop being pathetic and used the squat rack as well as some other things. The squat rack was my main focus and now I feel confident enough to use it all the time. I only did 40kg but it's a start. As well as that I ran my first 10k today! Now to crack on with an essay :)
