How do I rejuvenate my Burger King Frappes?

It was sitting in the freezer overnight. It was to go as a dessert with my cheat meal, but I forgot to eat it. This morning it's hard as a rock, and I want to eat it without it being overly melted/diluted from defrosting. I also want to avoid it lacking in taste. How do I treat it? What can I do to consume it as it should be?

    Toss it in the garbage and scoot yourself to an ice cream shop to get a proper frappe!
