5'9" what's your goal weight

I would like to see what others have set as their goal weight. I'm currently at 150 and started at 195 and set my goal at 135. My goal seems lower than most guys I think but my frame is on the smaller side. Just curious

I can't imagine you would want to be 135 I am 5'9" and I think I would like to weigh about 1750

I figure if I feel that's too low the closer I get I can stop when I feel it's best. I do have a small bone structure0

Sounds low but I'm 5'10" and my goal is 1500

I am a 5'9" female, I weigh 148, I do not have a large frame. If I were 135 I would be skinny, skinny, skinny. I cannot Imagine this on an adult male, even one with a small frame. I guess if you have no muscle whatsoever.0

I think 170 would be ideal for me, I have curves and muscle and I prefer to be toned not "scrawny" looking.
If I drop to 150, I think I'll start to look sickly.0 -
My goal weight is 143, currently 166. I think that's right...i'm Aussie so I usually use metric. I mean I'm 75kg and want to be 65.0

It doesn't seem that unreasonable to me, as you would still be solidly in a healthy BMI (19.9). As others have said, though, numbers can be deceiving; you might want to try to lose fat and gain muscle, essentially maintaining your weight. FYI, I'm 5'10", currently 158ish, looking to be 145ish.0

Not exactly 5'9", but close at 5'8" - my goal weight is 141.0

There seems to be something a little off about that.
And I am fairly sure you have had another account here too, where you asked similar questions, regarding leg size, and a low goal weight.0 -
I'm 5'9 female and my goal weight is 135. I started at 168, and I am currently at 148-150ish. So, no, I do not think 135 too low depending on your build.0

I am like 5"8 and 1/2 (consider myself 5'9 for all intents and purposes), and my goal is 160. Though I consider that to be on the lower side of my Feel Good Goal of 1750

I'm 5"9 and 135 lbs is my goal. I know that's okay for my build, because I used to be at that weight and I was slender and healthy and exercised.
For a man it does seem low though.0
