Philadelphia Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese. They had a coupon for it so I got it for 49c. It is in the fridge and it's TAUNTING me! Does anyone have any ideas for me to use it up in a reasonably healthy way? Calories-wise, it's 110 cals per 2 tbsp. The only thing I can think of - aside from a horribly delicious frosting recipe - is to use it with bananas somehow? Or low-fat pancakes? Or some sort of dip? I don't know!

Sounds like something to eat with strawberries, to me! Maybe take a rice cake and swipe some of the cream cheese on it and top it with berries for a desert. It's totally okay to just have some. Have a serving, log it, and work it off.
You'll be fine as long as you don't inhale that block of cream cheese in the next couple of days. Sounds delicious. I'm jelly Mcjellypants.0 -
Use it as a spread on crackers or on apple slices?0

That stuff is yummy -- almost as good as Nutella.
Buy a pack of wonton wrappers (refrigerator section of the store) and put a dollop of the chocolate cream cheese in the middle, then fold over to make a triangle (dip your finger in a little water to seal the edges) and bake. The wonton crisps up and you kind of end up with a chocolate-filled pasta pocket. So good and you don't need to eat many to be satisfied (the crunchiness helps).
I haven't tried freezing the leftovers, but they keep in the fridge a day or two. They'll get limp, but you can crisp them up in the oven again.
Variations: nonfat cream cheese/sugar free preserves; Nutella; peanut butter; nuefchatel cheese/cinnamon0 -

If it fits into you calories, it's not unhealthy. Eat it any way you want.0

I melt two tablespoons in the microwave and use it as a fruit dip. My favourite is with a banana or pineapple0
