Went to scrapbook convention came home with norovirus

Has anyone else dealt with this? I came down with it on Monday and this is Friday and I am still unable to eat very much. Eating makes me nauseous. How long will this last? What could you eat? I am going to be swinging from trees if I eat many more bananas.
