id love tones legs.
would a stationary bike do this looking at half hour in am and the again in the evening,
I also walk on average at least 3 hours a day im a dog walker!

Hey Becca,
I have been spinning since November and have very muscular legs. Spinning will definitely help tone your legs in conjunction with your walking!!
