Hey guys totally random question but do you all hit your fibre target each day? My target is 25 and I never ever hit it. What do you eat to boost it? Do you think it has a significant impact on weight loss?

Veggies like sweet pea's , spinach , or kidney beans have a lot of fiber in them. The impact will be going to the bathroom more regular and your stomach will feel lighter after you eat. Also high fiber foods have a good amount of carbs , which will help fuel your workout.0

Lots of veggies and high fiber cereal/oatmeal will get you there. If you still need more, metamucil is a quick way to get more fiber in your diet. I do try to hit my fiber goal, like you mine is at 25 gm. But if you aren't eating nearly that much fiber, don't add all sorts of extra fiber in one day...Your stomach will hate you. Gradually increase daily. Good luck!0
