Anyways, I am not new to "dieting". Done this before. This time, Im going the "lifestyle" change route. Ive lost 15 lbs since middle of March. No sweets, no chocolate..no soda. Oh, no pasta.

I am a truck driver along with my husband and I struggle sometimes eating the right stuff like fruits and veggies because lots of things are not a allowed across the Canadian border (Im from Maine and we have to cross the border often). Subway has been my saving grace because they are all over the place. Also, salads and sweet chili wraps from Mcds and Chili from Wendys have helped me stay on track when theres nothing else available.

    It can be really hard when you are on the road to eat healthy but it looks like you are making some great choices!
