JUST FOUND MYFITNESSPAL THROUGH A MAGAZINE. LOVIN WHAT I SEE SO FAR. I AM A MOTHER OF 2 MARRIED 17 YEARS, AND WANT TO HAVE A HEALTHY PERSPECTIVE ON THINGS. I GREW UP WATCHING MY MOM BATTLE HER WEIGHT ALL HER LIFE, GOING FROM ONE CRAZY DIET TO ANOTHER. I DON'T WANT TO FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP SHE DID. SHE WAS MORBIDLY OBESE AND HER TOP WEIGHT FOR HER 5'4" FRAME WAS 316. THERE IS ALWAYS A FEAR THAT I WILL WIND UP THE SAME WAY, BATTLING FOR MY LIFE AND LOOSING IT IN THE END. I AM IN A "NORMAL BMI RANGE" BUT I DON'T FEEL GOOD. SO HERE IS LEARNING HOW TO LOOK AT FOOD AND EXERCISE FROM A HEALTHY AND FUN POINT.
