It says on here, and just expected, to drink 8 cups of water a day.
What exactly is 8 cups, would u actually measure cupfulls or glass fulls. I have always been confused about this.:ohwell: I mean, I drink my water from a big glass, and theres probably 2 or 3 "cups" of water in it.
Give me some input on this please

Yeah, they mean 8 oz "cups" - so 64 oz a day. That's only like four 16 oz bottle waters a day (morning, noon, afternoon, and evening).0
