Need help understand fat column

I entered a salad dressing and, on the bottle, it shows 'Total Fat 8 grams". But, in the column for the day, it shows the dressing as 70. What is it calculating?

    Your diary is private. Can only guess. You entered the wrong # of servings. Or selected an entry with inaccurate information. Or selected an entry for another product that isn't the same as what you used. Or a combination thereof.
