Hello,
I made this account last year but I haven’t used it until now. I have been using my fitness pal for 2 weeks. I have been lurking about the forums during that time but I have not posted yet. So I thought it was about time I introduced my self and start posting a little.
My name is Rachel and I am generally quite an active person. I’m passionate about fencing I train on average three times a week for two hours at a time and I compete at competitions throughout the UK. I also go to the gym once or twice a week depending on work and fencing commitments.
I joined my fitness pal because I would like to lose a stone to get to a healthy BMI. Despite much exercise I am a little chunkier than I would like to be. Mostly due to having a healthy appetite despite making healthy choices and going out drinking with my fencing friends.
I have lost 4lbs since joining and I am very pleased.
