Hello everyone... My name is Krystal and I am new to this site. I just started a low calorie diet yesterday and am not enjoying it. However, today I realized I don't have to give up all the foods I love, I just have to change them a little to make them have less calories, like using reduced fat cheese and watching how much I put of everything. I really need support and am hoping to find that here.
