I'm on workout 3/week 3 of phase 1 and got my first compliment today! It felt great and I am feeling a difference in my clothes. Did ripped before starting, so that has helped!!

I'm so happy to see that we have more people joining us! I'm going to have to start this program over. I just spent 5 days in the hospital for bilateral pulmonary emboli (blood clots in both of my lungs) I'm still feeling short of breath when I am active, so I haven't returned to body revolution yet, but I'm hoping to try this week!

Sorry, what equipment does this program require? Is it just a mat, dumb bells and an elastic band?

In the workout videos they are using 3 different dumbbell sizes. 3 lbs., 5 lbs., and 8 lbs. They are also using a Light Resistance Cable (although I recommend getting a medium, as the light was too light and they wrapped it around multiple times to get the same results as the medium).

All of these items can be purchased at Walmart. The 3 lb. weights are $3 each, the 5 lb. weights are $5 each and the 8 lb. weights are $8 each. The cable is roughly $10. So if you need to purchase ALL items your total without tax would be (roughly) $42.
