When i leave the house

Some days i turn left others i go right, how do i enter this on MFP, does turning left with the sun in my face(south) burn more calories than right? it is a five minute walk to the station either way so not sure what to do, left is uphill all the way whereas right is downhill then a sharp uphill, also on tuesday i had to cross the road due to a car on the pavement, should i now cross the road everyday or just alter my TDEE accordingly

You should walk backwards while hopping on your left foot after five paces and then your right foot after five more. Then divide your TDEE by zero to compensate.

This was my first thought but my boss was having none of it, he doesn't understand the complexities of the situation, he actually said he couldn't give a **** which way i went , i said i needed support in this long journey of mine and i swear to god not only him but in the background i heard giggles

If you forgot to open your petals to let in the sunshine and absorb the rays, it doesn't count.
    You're drunk, plant, go home.

Uphill both ways, you say? Log it as "light housework - dusting" unless you're doing it barefoot in 3 feet of snow. My goodness, what would your grandparents say about such laziness?!

I can spot your problem right away.

Do you really leave by the front door?

    That's so old school.

True science says (and Dr. Oz agrees) the REAL SECRET to weight loss is to only leave from the back door!

Depends on which mornings you drink orange juice and dine on delicate shrimp toasts. Travel by sandal or snow shoe they require more stamina.
