Binger's Remorse

I've been doing so well for the past 3 weeks and have seen a difference in my body. I got upset tonight (for a very stupid reason) and thought it would be a good idea to eat more than twice my allotted amount. It's been a few hours and I feel disgusting and fat and like a terrible person. I haven't eaten this much since I was pregnant. How much damage will this do to my progress? I hate the way I feel right now.

None, aside from possible temporary water gain. It is consistent binge eating that will add up, not a few splurge days here and there. Forget it move onward. It is done. Guilt and disgust will serve no useful purpose and could trigger more binges.0
