Is it OK to do 2 20-minute cardio workouts (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), or is it better to do it all at once? I have a very active 4 year old, and can't always get in 40 minutes at one time. Am I just spinning my wheels by doing it in segments?

Yes! It's ok to divide your workout up. Great job getting in 30 min with a 4 year old.:flowerforyou:0

Some actually say it's better to split it up as you stay warm (read burn calories) for a longer amount of time.0
