Hey, you can check this thread with the P90Xers: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/122057-p90x-starting-a-new-thread
As for logging it, I am also waiting for the replies to this thread.0 -
Normally for the weight training routines, I log it as circuit training for the amount of time the DVD is. For Ab Ripper X, I use 15 minutes of strenuous calisthenics. I don't actually do the cardio included in P90X, I always switch it out for Turbo Kick or Insanity cardio...and I usually log that as kickboxing. As far as the yoga, I have no idea how to log that one. I haven't done that DVD in soooo long. I might need to, but I want to find a shorter yoga workout and swap it out.0

If you have a HRM you can add your own exercise and create your own P90x information into it. Go to the exercise tap, click my exercises, go to "create exercise" type in what workout you did and how many calories you burn. If you don't have a HRM I'd highly recommend one!!!
Good luck and hope you enjoy!! I'm currently in the middle of week 3 and I'm feeilng great! I'm down almost 3 pounds and my pants are already fitting looser!!0 -
This is what I do Rappla. I just add in my own exercise and use my calories burned from my HRM.0
