NSV-Blood WorK Results

I wanted to share my blood work results. I started a low carb high fat keto diet late October 2013. I have to say that at first trying this diet I was concerned about what would happen to my Cholesterol. I was that person that thought animal fat makes you fat and puts you at risk for heart disease. I spent 9 years being vegetarian before I went keto, and was over 200 lbs those 9 years. I will let my blood speak for itself.

I do have a scale victory but that is still in progress, I have another 50 lbs I would like to lose.

    The numbers don't lie. While there are many reasons to lose weight, none can trump better health. Great work.

    That is great! HDL going up and LDL dropping! Congratulations, I hope to see similar results when I have my physical this summer compared to last summer. Gives me inspiration.... thank you for sharing!
