P90X! O! M! G!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK I COMMITTED TO DOING TH P90X TAPES! WELL TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY BACK AT IT! THE FIRST TIME I STARTED I ONLY DID 1 TAPE! WELL TO DAY I DECIDED TO JUS PICK A DISC AT RANDOM, ! MY GOD! CHEST AND BACK IS BANANAS! WHEN CHEST AND BACK GOES OFF I DO AB RIPPERX. WEL USUALLY IT TAKES A DAY TO FEEL THE PAIN, I FELT IT AFTER 5 MINUTES OF SITTING DOWN! I HOPE I CAN STICK WITH IT!

SO NOW THAT I HAVE EXPRESSED MY LOVE FOR P90X! CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO LOG IT WITHOUT ADDING THE EXCERCISE ONE BT ONE!

OH YEAH GET THIS SYSTEM, I HAD A BLAST! I I AM SO TIRED!

    You need a HRM to determine how many calories you are burning then you just have to add it to your own personal data base here on myfitnesspal..... hope this helps!!!
