Day one:
Breakfast: 1 sachet of Quaker oats hot water one tablespoon of almond butter and 1/2 scoop of strawberry protein powder (15g)
Snack: carrot batons and cucumber
Lunch: one 170g total Greek yoghurt with chia seeds 1/2 banana & 4/5 chopped medium strawberries
Dinner: 1/2 pack of marinated tofu with 1/2 cup of brown rice and half a plate of a vegetable mix.
Day two
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs 1 slice toast
Snack: carrot batons & cucumber
Lunch: Greek yoghurt with chopped medium pink lady apple and one tablespoon almond butter
Dinner: quorn style chicken pieces cooked in vegetable stock with wholewheat pasta & sweetcorn & broccoli.
Please note I live at home so dinner does vary, with jacket potato cheese & beans, quorn risotto, potatoes tofu & veg etc, and I'm aware quorn is processed but my mum cooks for me and won't let me cook dinners. I'm aware quorn isn't that good for you but I'd rather that then meat.
