Gaining weight

Hi all! - I haven't logged for little over a week (not properly anyway) due to having eaten out and eating a fair bit of baked and pre-packed foods whilst staying at my girlfriends house for a week. Back on the wagon today/tomorrow.
But today I had a weigh in at 147lbs (10 stone 7lbs) however you want to call it, but anyway, I have been dieting for a while.
I'm also 5ft 10" if that gives you an idea of my physique.
Now im looking to gain some weight, as much muscle/little fat as possible, and im hoping to do a 'clean bulk'.
My workouts are a 5*5 compounds lifting program. (Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead/Shoulder Press, Barbell Rows) and while at University (4 weeks left - April 22nd until May 17th) I have Volleyball twice a week for 2 hours at a time. Great Cardio, I enjoy it. Whilst at home over Summer, this is reduced to 2 hours of 5-a-side football on Sunday evenings.
According to MFP my maintenance calories are 1838. Since I am clean bulking I am trying to eat no more than 2200 per day, as i've read online in various forums on other sites that between 200-500 above maintenance is best for 'clean' bulking.
I am just wondering about how to meet my calories as best as possible? I just feel that for all the protein shakes, oatmeal, nuts, eggs, rice, chicken, broccoli, carrot and fruits in the world I can't seem to hit over 2000 without massive stomach pains from having to nearly force-feed myself. Although I can hit that with a Pizza thrown in, although that's not in my clean mantra!
Any help on this would be massively appreciated, I would add some Peanut Butter if I could, but I can't be in the same room as someone eating it cause the smell makes me feel seriously unwell!
I am new to the whole bulk thing, as I have mostly cut since piling on 28lbs in 3 months during my first year at University (I know, how? right?) but that was a year and a bit ago, and now I'm hoping to add some lean mass.
Thanks.

There is a gaining weight section in the forums, you may want to check that out.0

Once you've met your protein goals, you can fill the rest of the calories with some nice carbs and calorie-dense fats. Ice cream, full-fat dairy (use whole milk in your shakes), avocado, other nut butters, butter, twinkies ( ), oats with sugar and cream, etc.
Of course, I mean plan your day out so that you're eating them, along with your proteins, throughout the day
Also go check out the gaining weight section, there are some people there who really know what they're talking about.0
