Adjusting your FMP recommendations

I'm curious about how many of you hard working, fantastic people out there actually customize your intake amounts, and how many just go by what MFP puts in. I, myself, have higher protein needs for the workouts I do so I adjust accordingly (taking 5% away from both fats and carbs and putting it on protein instead). I've noticed there seem to be a lot of people who have issues with the amounts of each they can eat in their calorie lot who may not have taken the time to make their own needs assessment?
