Ive been thinking about applying the weight watchers points system/ momentum program to MFP.Has anyone had luck doing this? Ive had luck in the past with weight watchers but like the MFP website better.(and its free)haha

  • I don't have an answer to this, but would be interested in what other people think cos I was tempted to do the same thing... For the same reasons :op lol
  • I've been doing both, however the only thing is that it's time consuming, cause MFP doesn't have the fiber content in the food diary so you have to keep track of your points separate, but you do see what your calorie intake is at the end of the day... I'm just starting week 3, down 6 lbs in 2 weeks.
  • You can change your MFP settings to show the fibre content!

    I added fiber to the diary, then I can just tally up my points for each meal at the end of the day. It only takes a couple of minutes.
