Tracking at the weekend

Does anyone else struggle with logging at the weekend? I think I have sabotaged by hard work during the week.

I just find it very difficult to count calories while everything is going on around me.

    No issues here. Is your weekend schedule out of the realm of your normal weekday schedule. Logging isn't easy, like diet and fitness. You have to want it, make time for it.

    Yes usually study, going out with friends and taking care of my nephews. Just busy...

    I know, your right. Better planning might be in order lol

    I have a horrible time logging on the weekends. I don't have all my healthy foods that I keep at work and my husband and I are usually gone visiting friends or family. So when your not the one preparing dinner its hard to say "No I can't eat that, it doesn't fit into my calories today" I just try to do the best I can and make the best decisions available to me. This isn't a diet, its a lifestyle change, but sometimes life can throw you a curveball and you just have to throw your bat out there and hope to fowl it off!

    This. I usually prelog in the morning/night before so I don't have any problems.

    Weekends have been my downfall lately. I know in my case it's more than the fact that it's just the "weekend', because I have been doing this for a year and a half and weekends were never this bad before. I'm trying to figure out what is going on in my world to get me so easily off track, but yeah, the past three weekends in a row, I've pretty much sabotaged the heck out of my hard work during the weeks. I wish I had tips or words of advice, but I'm just saying I'm having the same problem! :(
