Hi all,Going to track what I eat and exercise I do starting from now. I've never calorie counted before as I prefer diets which tell you what to have without counting proteins, carbs, fat etc...Wish me luck :)

I crumbled after I started (my birthday, then I got a stinking cold and was banned from the gym!)so have been back on track for the last few days. Going for it in the exercise department. Need to stop the night time craving for something extra which isn't necessarily sweet. Its anything!

    Good luck and stay strong this is my first time at tracking the calories and fat intake which is quite an eye opener so im hoping it will give me a kick up the back side to stay focused and steer away from the food i shouldnt have. I wish you all the best

    The fat intake is unbelievable but I'm also finding that I'm having too much protein (as I don't eat much meat) so I have to watch my cheeses although I only have cottage cheese or low fat....I'm sure I'll be able to moniter and adjust...
