help

i started my weight loss plan 1 month ago i was 98kg at that time now iam 86.5 kg my goal is 78kg since iam 179 cm tall( male) but noticed iam just getting smaller in size my body has the same shape..... my plan includes 1 hour of cardio(elliptical/treadmill) 4 days a week, i mainly eat fruits and vegetables and grilled chicken or fish or sometimes fava beans for lunch, iam nearing my goal weight and my body looks the same just smaller in size should i continue my plan or include weight training?

    Yes if you want to change what your body looks like you should start some sort of progressive load weigh lifting program.

    Starting strength and stronglifts are easy to get your hands on.

    iam afraid that strength training will increase my weight and i end up with more kilos to lose
