Question??

Ok this might be a dumb question, but I'm trying to log my food as accurately as possible. Should I be weighing my protein ( beef chicken or pork) before or after I cook it? Does it even matter? Thanks in advance for your time and response

It is recommened to weigh meat, rice, pasta pre cooking but if you can't (I cook for three so I can't) then ensure that the entries you use reflect how you cooked the food as well ensure that the entries you use if you weigh raw indicate that as well...0
