OCT-30 Day Shred WITH WEIGHTS

Anyone up for the 30 Day Shred Challenge for the NEW video? I've been doing it faithfully, but I think I should do the measurement thing to see how much I lose. Anyone interested?

    Hmmm....maybe I should. I need to jump start my weight loss again. I'd lost 10.5, but now seem stuck at 10. Going to the gym five days a week and biking at home over the weekend. Doing treadmill, bike, elliptical plus strength training. I don't want to get frustrated. I don't have "Shred," but may pick it up so to do it with you. Thank for idea. Is it good for relative beginners? I can't do P90X or anything like that, just not there yet.

    I'm in! I just completed Day 2 (Level 1) this morning. My legs are super sore so not sure I will get to it tomorrow morning though (although i am going to try)! I am determined to make it all the way through level 3!

    Are you doign the original or the new one with weights??? I love Level 2 of the original...give it a little more time and you'll be there no problem. :)
