Is it true that eating a clove of garlic daily or garlic tea before breakfast makes you lose weight? Any experiences on this topic?

Garlic has no effect on your weight loss, sorry!0 -
While there are health benefits to consuming a moderate amount of garlic, I don't think weight loss is one of them.0

Can't say it will help you lose weight but it does have health benefits and it tastes delicious - especially with mushrooms!

Eating a clove of garlic a day may make folk appear smaller due to the distance people stand from them. Other than that. No.0

Eating garlic is just delicious. And it makes your breath funky.0 -

If you eat a clove of garlic, you'll lose around 500lbs a day...because everyone around you will scatter.0

But it is a delicious spice to add to many tasty dishes. I eat around 4 cloves a day with my cooking, more when my nose sensitive SO is out of town. Yes, garlic is my mistress. My delicious, savory mistress.0 -
