Protein!

I'm trying to increase protein to .75-1 g per lb and I'm finding it really hard! I do the obvious, grilled chicken and sliced turkey in my lunch and some sort of protein for dinner but what are other ways to sneak it in? I'm an ex-vegan with plant tendencies and I'm not big on dairy except for cheese...which is high fat :( any good suggestions?

If you're going to check out my diary please note: I logged this weekend even though my macros/drinking/eating was out of control. No excuses but I did have a favorite aunt visiting who I wanted to just enjoy with good and drink :)

    I usually end up a bit high on protein, so there's no sneaking it in for me. But I drink protein shakes and eat Quest bars, just because I enjoy both and I do like getting protein since it satisfies. I also recently started eating eggs (don't love). I also eat nuts, tofu/tempeh, full-fat yogurt...
