Losing Weight Together

My husband is also a little overweight (about 30ish pounds) and he knows that I really want to get healthy before we begin trying for a baby (hopefully later this year). He's always ate a lot of junk food (cheese is like it's own food group lol), but one week ago he decided to join me in getting healthy!! :love: My hubby came up with the idea of doing our own "biggest loser" style challenge where we weigh in each Saturday evening and calculate our percentage of weight lost for the week. The winner each week gets a backrub or other favor of their choice. :wink: I'm so thrilled that he wants to get healthy too so that we can have lots of years together! This week, he lost 4.5 pounds! Frustratingly my weight stayed the same-to the ounce-but I'm using it as more motivation for this week :happy: We've also set a goal to try to walk together in the evenings and to cut out all fast food except for once per month :smile:

Does anyone else here do anything similar?
